This is a painting inspired by a photo by Ruth Archer  the "Blue Umbrella".  I wanted to do the Blame it On the Rain Daily challenge and this one suited nicely.  I have left the street out, eliminated some people and other elements from the scene.  Thank you Ruth for letting me use your photograph. I hope you like my interpretation.
